The hotel is superlative and has highly professional and helpful staff who are all well motivated and on hand to assist at all times. The top floor restaurant not only has a superb view of the Old City but has a charming and genuine historic Georgian setting and the food is close to Michelin standards with beautiful soft jazz and the odd (quality) live singer. The food is freshly prepared and the menu is straighforward and not fussy or confusing with attractively presented Veal, Duck, Beef, Chicken and a similar range of fish dishes. All the starters (e.g. shrimp and mushroom Kinchali, Beef Tartar and Tortellini etc are all full of flavour with coriander, garlic ans spices used to great effect). Desserts and wine selection excellent - personal favourite was the dry red 'Vismino' which was easily on a par with a good Margaux or Saint-Émilion. Excellent rooms, many with with balconies with great city views, large bathrooms and all exceptionally clean and well laid out with a useful robes and toiletries . Very useful range of other restaurants throughout the hotel, a specialist tea house (which I didn't visit but must be fun in summer), several cafes and an executive saloon on the 9th floor. Finally, the Spa at this hotel is excellent with a large and luxurious selection of professional massage(s), aromatherapy and treatments with excellent Steam Room, Sauna(s), Ice Pool, Swimming Pool and calming rest areas. The Sheraton Hotel may not be the closest to the old city, but boy it makes up for that in spades by the fact that it is very quiet, finished to a very high standard (completely refurbished just a few years ago), it has stunning views and a large central atrium with seating areas. In summary, the food, service and facilities are second to none and whilst I have stayed on business at several of the other major international hotels in Tbilisi, without doubt this is the BEST place to stay for a luxurious and relaxing experience in the Tbilisi.

Our stay at this property in Tbilisi was absolutely delightful! Located conveniently within the city, it offers ample car parking facilities and an outstanding array of amenities. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, cold bucket shower, ice bath, steam room, and Turkish hamam were all incredible—we spent at least two and a half hours enjoying these facilities, and the fun never stopped! My son had an amazing time, and seeing his happiness made the experience even more memorable. The rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and ready for us upon arrival with a thoughtful touch of three welcome snacks. It’s clear that the team goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. I regret not booking more nights at this wonderful property and instead staying elsewhere in Tbilisi at a less satisfying hotel. If I ever return to Tbilisi, this property will undoubtedly be my first choice. A huge thanks to the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality!

Sheraton caters to a Western Mindset with accompanying prices, but it has excellent amenities - a gorgeous outside pool area and nice indoor pool. The breakfast was sumptuous and varied but I could not consume the amount of food for the price! The lobby is very comfortable. The staff were gracious and helped to book taxis and kept our luggage after checkout. The rooftop is fabulous, especially at sunset to see the views of old town. It's beautifully decorated as well and evokes Old Georgia with its artefacts and enlarged photos of old Tbilisi and its inhabitants - like a museum! the terraces are very comfortable - you can spend hours going from one space to another. The size of the Sheraton makes it somewhat impersonal but it's still a Georgian experience! there was a conference while we were there so that's an exposure to upper-middle class people in Georgia. the room itself is VERY comfortable and spacious and the bathroom is luxurious.

We loved every minute of our stay, the staff was friendly, the room and facilities are kept very clean, and the spa has everything you need to fully relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh ingredients. The cocktails at Craft House were great, but I was not a big fan of the fish and chips there (too greasy). We also used the Club Lounge which offers a great way to relax, grab a coffee or a snack, and offers decent dinner during evening hours. It's not anything huge, but filling and delicious. We went as a couple to celebrate a birthday, I am very glad we chose Sheraton.
